Best possible and exceptionally nice position to Uldag mountain. Lovely building and rooms with different pillows.

The room was luxurious with TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

Free parking on site provided. Excellent, exceptionally nice location in Osmangazi district near to the surrounding green mountains and hills, attractions or shopping outlets and skiing on the mountains.

Exceptionally clean and the staff was professional. Family room with a beautiful view, had essentials required. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, very close to centrum

We had a fantastic time at a hotel in Bursa. The location was perfect, with everything we needed nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to organizing special requests, like arranging a fruit display and birthday cake. The spa manager made sure our bath and massage appointments went smoothly, and the restaurant staff even helped with the cake and table location. Our room was clean and quiet, and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast each morning.

The bathtub in the bathroom was a bit high, making it difficult for older people to get in and out comfortably.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered suite for the thermal water. The staff were all welcoming, pleasant. The location was great and absolutely perfect, especially in the SPA area.

Luxurious and new-fashioned rooms with comfortable design.

I recently stayed at a hotel on the hills with stunning views and excellent spa facilities. The spacious junior suite had all the amenities I needed, including a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The highlight was the spa, with a hot natural water pool that was open until midnight. The deep tissue massages by the trained masseurs from Bali were the best I've had yet. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious choices, and the staff were attentive.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault it.
